We were only staying one night so this was perfectly adequate for our needs and the price was very reasonable. We appreciated the friendliness of the receptionist and his helpfulness.

Extremely good. The outstanding part was how helpful and kind all staff members were, even printing out a map of a service station in Blagnac where I could pay cash to a person for my petrol before delivering the hire car back to Toulouse airport.

This hotel looks a bit worn on the outside but there was a warm welcome and the room had everything we required for a short stay. There is a delightful patisserie nearby.

Great location for entering from the north! Unfortunately, the young woman receptionist in the morning really put a damper on our enjoyment of our experience. If she worked for us, we would not permit her to deal with the public or fire her. Since the second flag up at the counter was the British Union Jack, we assume you have many English speakers stay. Since the language of business worldwide is English, and she is a young woman in hospitality, she should AT LEAST be willing to try using English or at least not give us attitude by facial expression. She could have simply used her cell phone to translate like the young man when we checked in. I would not recommend any english speaker to stay due to her which is unfortunate. Correct this problem, as your staff makes or breaks a business!
